Here’s, what all you will need to make Cheese De Mayo Sandwich?
Bread – 4 slices
Dr.Oetker’s White Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Processed Cheese – 2 cubes or 3 slices
Dr.Oetker’s Cheese Spread – 2 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cabbage – finely chopped
Carrot – 1 carrot, finely chopped
Capsicum – 2 capsicums, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper – to taste
How to make Cheese De Mayo Sandwich?
Heat a Kadai and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum and add salt to taste. Let it cook for 1 – 2 minutes till they wilt off and make sure that it should not get overcooked.
Let it cool and add 4 tbsp of Dr.Oetker’s White Mayonnaise and cheese and mix it well.
Take 2 slices of bread and put Dr.Oetker’s Cheese Spread on each slice.
Put the mixture of veggies on it and sprinkle some black pepper on top of it and place another 2 slices on it. And if you want more mayonnaise and cheese you can add it how much you want.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of butter. Then put a sandwich on pan and let it cook till color changes to golden brown. You can also grill it in a microwave.
Your Cheese De Mayo Sandwich is ready.
