Here’s, what all you need to make Chinese Omelette?
Carrot – 1 chopped
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Cabbage – ½ chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Instant Noodles – 1 pack
Cheese – 2 slices or grated
Garlic & Ginger Paste – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 1 green chilli, finely chopped
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce – 2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
How to make Chinese Omelette?
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in Pan. Add 1 chopped Onion and saute till its color changes to golden.
Add chopped Capsicum, Cabbage, and Carrot and fry them till they wilt off for 2 – 3 minutes on medium flame.
Add 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce and Schezwan Sauce and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Also, add salt to taste.
Add finely chopped Green Chilli and cook for few minutes on medium flame.
Now, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan again and add Ginger & Garlic Paste and saute till its color changes to golden.
Add 2 tbsp of Soya Sauce and cook for few minutes.
Crack 2 Eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste.
Then, add 2 tbsp of cooked Soya Sauce mixture and beat it till its color changes to brown.
Again, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the mixture of beaten Eggs and Soya Sauce.
Put cooked vegetables on it and cooked instant noodles.
And last but not the least, add cheese on top of it and let it cook for few minutes.
Now, your Chinese Omelette is ready.
Eat it with Schezwan Sauce. It’s the perfect match.
