Here’s, what all you will need to make Noodle Omelette?
Instant noodles with tastemaker – 1 pack
Eggs – 2 eggs
Onion – 1 onion, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 tomato, finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 capsicum, finely chopped
Green Chilies – to taste, 2 chilies, finely chopped
Red Chili Powder – to taste, 1 pinch
Salt – to taste
Cheese – 1 cube, grated
Black Pepper – to taste, 1 pinch
How to make Noodle Omelette?
Prepare instant noodle as instructed on the packet. Add less water so that noodle should be dry.
Crack eggs in a bowl.
Add onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilies, a pinch of red chili powder and salt to taste and beat them all together.
Also, Add instant noodle in a bowl and mix them well.
Heat butter in a pan. Pour the beaten eggs and instant noodle in the pan and let it cook for few minutes.
Add grated cheese on top of it and cover it with a lid to melt cheese. Sprinkle some black pepper on it. No need to flip it. Just cover it with a lid and cook it for 2 – 3 minutes on simmer. Turn off the stove and your noodle omelette is ready.
Now serve it on the plate. It serves only 1 person.
