Ingredients:

  • Turmeric – 2 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 cup

Steps To Make:

  1. Pour milk in the saucepan and bring it to boil.
  2. Add 2 teaspoon of Turmeric in it.
  3. Keep it for 1 minute on simmer.
  4. Pour it in a cup and sip it while still hot.

  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

  • Nutmeg Powder – a pinch
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon

  1. Mix all the spices like Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cloves and Nutmeg Powder in the small bowl.
  2. Pour the Milk in the saucepan and bring it to boil.
  3. Add mixed spices in the saucepan and keep it for 3 – 4 minutes on simmer.
  4. Add Honey and Vanilla extract in it and keep it for 2 – 3 minutes on simmer.
  5. Strain the mixture using a strainer into a mug.
